The Brief


Dough had a large social media following​ but engagement was hard to come by. They asked us to manage their pages, create content and run their ads.

What We Did

Each month we carried out a content session. One of our student content creators went along to their restaurants and photographed and videoed the heck out of it.

Once we had a bank of top quality content each month, we used this to create engaging content multiple times a day. From snappy, engaging videos to hyper relevant topical posts, speaking the audience's language was the name of the game.

Finally, we ran a strategically astute, ongoing ads campaign. The campaign focused on retargeting website visitors and social media engagers to encourage repeat custom whilst using a series of lookalike audiences to find new customers.

The Result

Over 1000 engagements a week and average cost per menu click of 7p.
